Tips:

• If the name of the farm is blue with an underline; that's a link to their website or Facebook page. Click on it for the most current hours and information.
• ALWAYS call the farm or store BEFORE YOU GO - many farms have closed in the past year, and of course, we won't know until the season starts and we find they aren't open! Call to confirm their supply, their hours and whether they have trees, are allowing choose-and-cut or just precut trees; and which attractions or winter activities are available. All three can change during the short Christmas season, due to weather, demand and the farmer's business conditions! Farms get sold, shut down or run out of trees, and they don't all update me every day, let alone every year. For more tips to make your trip fun and successful, click here !

Tree size permitting, your tree will be shaken and netted ready for you to load onto your vehicle. there is also a Gift shop and activities center, Hay wagon ride to the trees, a Kiddo's craft area, a Warming hut situated among the Christmas trees, plus Shaking and netting.

All of the lights are donated from local businesses, in memory of, or donated by a family or individuals. They also give school tours. We raise Scotch Pines at Memory Lane that can grow up to 14' tall! We will also have a variety of pre-cut White Pine and Fraser Firs ranging from table top height to 10 feet tall!! Originally called Peckham's Pumpkin Patch. Trees for Troops: Memory Lane proudly supports our troops by sending freshly cut trees to military bases each year. Memory Lane Light Display: Join Us weekend evenings from Thanksgiving to Christmas for our 15th annual Memory Lane Christmas Light Display featuring illuminated scenes of Christmas and winter fun! They are very friendly and I love the option that they will cut a tree for you or let you do it yourself. They also have some ready up in the barn/gift shop area if you don't want to venture out or...you can go pick what you want and they will bring a hayrack around or tractor to pick it up for you or cut down a tree for you and take it back to be packaged. .   Comments from a visitor on December 01, 2013: "Confirming D&G is open this year (we bought our tree there yesterday 11/30/13). All trees are (Prices may have changed!) $52. They have some pre-cut trees, everything else is you-cut. You put a tag on the tree after cutting it down, then they come by with a tractor, pick it up, haul it back up front, shake it, wrap it, and load into your truck or tie it to your car. Also, technically D&G is in Miami County, KS. But honestly I'm glad you have it listed in Johnson County - otherwise I probably wouldn't have found it in your listings (Johnson County is metro KC, Miami isn't, it's location is close enough to KC that I like how you have it listed)."
