Tips:

• If the name of the farm is blue with an underline; that's a link to their website or Facebook page. Click on it for the most current hours and information.
• ALWAYS call the farm or store BEFORE YOU GO - many farms have closed in the past year, and of course, we won't know until the season starts and we find they aren't open! Call to confirm their supply, their hours and whether they have trees, are allowing choose-and-cut or just precut trees; and which attractions or winter activities are available. All three can change during the short Christmas season, due to weather, demand and the farmer's business conditions! Farms get sold, shut down or run out of trees, and they don't all update me every day, let alone every year. For more tips to make your trip fun and successful, click here !

Directions: 1-64 to exit 143; WV Route 20 to north to Meadow Bridge (approx. 6.2 miles); turn left towards Danese on County Road 31. Go four miles; turn left on Alaska Mountain Road; 1.5 miles road bends right onto Crickmer Road. Farm is 1.5 miles on left. Fraser Fir wreaths, garland, Advent wreaths, center pieces and other fresh greenery decorations will be on display and available for sell. We offer a variety of fresh cut Fraser Fir Christmas Trees. The display will include traditional trimmed trees, natural growth trees and Charlie Browns from 5′ to 14′. Larger trees can be provided upon request. Crickmer Farms will open a retail lot at Montwell Park Downtown Lewisburg, WV during the 2016 winter Holiday Season. The lot will be open for business Wednesdays through Sundays beginning November 19th through December 20th. • The Greenbrier - sleigh rides and other outdoor winter activities (NO Christmas trees for sale), hotel

Listen to the sleigh bells jingle as your horse-drawn sleigh glides through The Greenbrier's winter wonderland. The beauty of America's Resort is magnified under a blanket of winter white, and guests can enjoy the scenery while sipping on hot chocolate and cuddling up with a warm blanket. Reservations are required. Reservations must be cancelled at 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity. Winter 2019/2020 Pricing: Adults: $48* per person, Children (9-12): $24* per youth (with paying adult), Children (Under 9): Complimentary (with paying adult), Private Sleigh during regular hours: $250* per sleigh (seats 5). Gratuity, tax and Historic Preservation Fund are additional.
  20-25 Minute ride departs from Kate's Mountain Adventures located at the North Entrance. A release form must be signed prior to the carriage ride at Kate's Mountain Adventures. Sleigh rides are subject to favorable weather conditions and at least four inches of snow. A carriage ride may be substituted for the sleigh ride if weather conditions do not allow for the sleigh ride to take place. Warm winter attire recommended. Lap blankets provided. For additional information on the local area, visit the official tourism website of Greenbrier County. Sleigh Rides are offered in place of carriage rides during periods of snow cover.
