Tips:

• If the name of the farm is blue with an underline; that's a link to their website or Facebook page. Click on it for the most current hours and information.
• ALWAYS call the farm or store BEFORE YOU GO - many farms have closed in the past year, and of course, we won't know until the season starts and we find they aren't open! Call to confirm their supply, their hours and whether they have trees, are allowing choose-and-cut or just precut trees; and which attractions or winter activities are available. All three can change during the short Christmas season, due to weather, demand and the farmer's business conditions! Directions: Yarmouth Town Hall next to "Herbie". Each December, the Lions Club of Yarmouth, Maine sells Christmas trees to raise money for Yarmouth High School senior scholarships. By purchasing a Maine grown Balsam Christmas Tree from the Yarmouth Lions Club, 100% of profits will go into our YHS scholarship fund. Over the last 10 years, more than $67,000 in Lions funded scholarships have been awarded to deserving YHS students. In addition to the Trees for Tuition sale, the Lions sell Christmas wreaths to fund a heating assistance program for neighbors who have difficulty paying for heating fuel during winter. Lions also prepare Santa's Chalet for Jolly Old St. Nick and Mrs. Claus to meet with hundreds of Yarmouth families. Open: 2 weekend in late September and early October each year.Ride in heated trolleys decked out in live holiday greens on our private heritage railroad, shop in the Museum Store, and enjoy delicious hot chocolate! Only (Prices may have changed!) $10/person; children 2 and under that will be sitting on laps on the trolley ride are free. Santa will also be on campus during three event days-see below for times! This event will be held Friday-Sunday December 3-5 and 10-12. The start time on your ticket is the time your trolley ride will depart; we depart promptly at each departure time. Our winter trolley rides are roughly 25 minutes in length and journey through our beautiful, wooded campus. You and your family/group are welcome to arrive before or stay after your ride to enjoy the museum's outdoor exhibits and displays. The Museum will be open from 10AM-6PM. The last trolley ride departs from the Visitors Center at 5PM each day. This event will be held rain, light snow or shine. Due to COVID-19, we are only selling a limited amount of tickets for each departure time and families will be socially-distanced on the ride..
